Hi everyone! Welcome to my blog. I'm so happy to be participating in the Giveaway Day! This is going to be fun.
I recently learned how to crochet. And I made this blanket. Actually, I made a pink one for my little girl. Then I decided to try another. It's the size of a crib mattress. And I think this white blanket, would be perfect, for either a boy or a girl.
Now for the giveaway. You have until May 29th, 11:59pm mst. I'm only shipping to the USA. All you have to do, is leave me a comment with your favorite recipe. Or a link to it. Good luck everyone! :

What an amazing blanket! I love it! http://www.housewifeeclectic.com/2010/07/tasty-tuesdays-boeuf-bourguignon.html This is one of my favorite recipes.
Oh goodness my favorite recipe? Manacotti =)
(This will be long!)
It's my mothers recipe, which I just added on but :
1lb Ground Beef
½ C. small onion chopped
½ C. sliced mushrooms
1 C. Mozzarella Cheese
1 small package of Cottage Cheese
1 package of Manicotti Shells
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Set oven to 350.
Brown meat with onion and mushrooms.
Set Aside, Combine Cottage Cheese with Mozzarella in medium/large bowl. Mix in ground beef mixture, until it's mixed well, and should look fairly disturbing.
Get your hands dirty!
In a 13x9 glass pan, line the bottom with about a third of the jar of sauce.
Start stuffing shells with your concoction.
Line shells up together in pan.
Smother with the rest of the sauce, make sure each shell is covered with sauce. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
Cool for 5.
super cute! I'm not the worlds greatest cook and my recipes are more like 'toss all the veggies in a pan with oil & garlic, saute and throw on top of noodles' but, well there you have it. I make a mean plate of nachos, too. :O)
My standby is roasted broccoli:
1 cookie sheet of broccoli
Spritz with olive oil
Grind on pepper and salt
Roast at 400-450 until softish and brownish. Shake the pan periodically. Takes about 15-20 minutes. Delicious!

but I replace duck with chicken.
What a great give away. I'd be delighted to win!

Easy and quick:
1 lb ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup (or so) sour cream
egg noodles
Cook the noodles and the beef (separately) and then add the cream of mushroom soup to the beef. Cook until bubbling and then take off the heat and stir in the sour cream. You can also add a drained can of mushrooms. Easy beef stroganoff! :)
My favorite recipe is lasagna. I use cottage cheese, speghetti sauce, ground beef, egg and parm cheese, layered with moz cheese between the noodles and topped with cheddar. I always add a little sugar to my sauce.

This is my favorite recipe except we use it to make sandwich bread.
So it's not really a recipe...but we learned to make stirfry the bennihana way...GARLIC BUTTER....Mix a bit of fresh pressed garlic and soy into butter...throw on your rice and chopped veggies and a tbsp or two of butter. SOOO good!!
Beautiful blanket! Fav recipe is so easy, it makes a quick snack for the kiddos- take burrito wrap, their favorite topping and cheese, put wrap on a cookie sheet or pizza sheet, cover with topping and cheese, cook at 350* for about 6-8 mins cut up and eat!
What a generous prize. Thanks for participating in the giveaway day. We joined a CSA for the first time this year and have been roasting all kinds of vegetables- whatever cut about the same size, drizzled with olive oil and salt and pepper. Baked around 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. A sprinkle of parmesan cheese never hurts either.
